Group and Private Lessons
Here are some of the training sessions we offer:
- Puppy (house training, mouthing and biting, socialization, preparation for grooming and visiting the veterinarian)
- Adult Obedience (basic training, problem behaviors and preparation for the AKC Canine Good Citizen test)
- Pet Therapy Training and Certification
- Trick Training (AKC and DMWYD titling)
We discuss your needs and create a personalized educational program to help reach your training goals. We use the most modern and humane methods recommended by the APDT, CPDT, PPG and IAABC.All students are required to provide proof of current vaccinations and complete the Liability Form.

4 Week Session
Classes are Monday: 6/1, 6/8, 6/15, 6/22
from 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm
Therapy Test given 6/29 for an additional $20 payable to The Bright and Beautiful Therapy Dogs
This class includes advanced obedience skills including leave it, recalls with distractions and working with equipment common to where we visit. We also discuss safety guidelines and the many types of visits. It is a small group experience with the opportunity to ask questions and enjoy learning together.
EQUIPMENT: Dogs will be trained using either regular collars, martingale or no pull harness.
We do not use prong or choke collars. We do not test dogs that have been trained for protection work, shown signs of aggression or trained using shock collars.
HOW TO REGISTER:
1. Complete the Liability Form below in order to pre-register.
2. Pay by PayPal (see below) or cash/check first night of class. If paying by cash/check price is $160.
3. Must provide proof of current vaccinations from your veterinarian either by email or presenting the first night of class.

This test is done in public and takes about a half hour.
